Northern Ireland Customers

Republic of Ireland

When will my order be sent?

We will endeavour to dispatch your order the same day if received by 11am, Monday to Friday.
 
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are generally picked, packed and dispatched within 2 hours of the order being placed, except for evenings and weekends, therefore it is not always possible to cancel an order. 

In the first instance, please call us on
our Hot Line +44 7792 554989 and we will advise if cancellation is possible. 

If the order has already been processed then the customer must return the goods. Please see RETURNS section of our website on how to return your order. If we can cancel your order, or if they are returned, we will arrange a refund via your original payment method.
